Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.

At the beginning I show my respect to one God, Supreme of all Supreme. I show my respect to all the enlightened Masters of the past. I show my respect to all the Master and Teacher of Peace, who are carrying the light of peace and dedicated their life for that. And I am showing my respect to all the heroes and heroines of the future, who will be self-realized  and will become enlightened  .

"Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and kindly exhortation. Reason with them in the most courteous manner. Your Lord knows best those who stray from His path and those who are rightly guided."

( Islam. Qur`an 16.125.)

Sri Aakassdeep`s message of the day :

My dear friend, in human life, most simple thing becomes the most difficult. Most difficult thing becomes very easy. For human, the action which fulfills the ego, he like to do these things very much. Even if it means, going to risk his life, but still, it will have appeal for him. Like climbing Mount Everest, going to the moon, walk alone in Iceland, but what one can get by climbing the Mount Everest or going to the moon, except fulfilling the ego? But, most simple thing, most ordinary thing, nobody want to do. Because it do not fulfill the ego, rather it destroys the ego, such as witnessing. People from birth to death, breathe but 99% people on earth never become witness in the secret of breathing. So many things are happening with our breath. We have one nose, but two hole in our nose. We do not always breathe through the two holes. We breathe through one hole 40 minutes, then 10 minutes, we breathe through the both holes and next 40 minutes we breathe through the other hole. With our emotion, the rhythm of our breath changes. Our heartbeat is directly related with our breath. Breath is bringing oxygen from the air, gives it to the heart, to purify the blood and it takes out carbon dioxide and releases it into the air. A vast space in the medicine world depends on the vibration of the heart and breath. Just by counting the vibration of the heart and breath, the doctor can diagnose the disease. Ayurveda went far ahead to study the breath. By watching the breath, they can diagnose some disease is going to happen, three month to one year before. Yogis learn by breathing in particular way, mystical power can be attained. Purify the energy and control the mind and body for to get the mastery over the body. If someone does not witness, he will be unconscious about this phenomena, about such a vast concept and happening inside himself. When someone is unconscious, then they are unaware about their inner activity. They do not witness what is happening with their inner self. They cannot watch their thoughts, they always live in the objective consciousness. They are always living either in the past or in the future and in the present they are always busy to attain the objects, society want them to buy. They think, they are very wise and living a very practical life, but they do not know, they are so unfortunate, they live 60 to 100 years on earth, but they never live a life for themselves. Most of the people think or know, they dream only when they go to sleep, but they do not know, when their eyes are open, that time also, their eyes are full of dreams, that`s why sages say:”There are two kind of dreams, one you do when you are asleep, that is called "sapna" and another dream you see, with your eyes open, that is called "maya". Western world translate maya as illusion, but it is not totally right. Maya is that, when one is not witnessing oneself, by and by he becomes unconscious. Everything he does in that unconsciousness, the actions what one does or thinks, he thinks is real, but because of the absence of oneself, that action becomes an illusion to oneself, that he is doing it. Such as, in your dream at night, you live in Germany, but you see, you went to America and you do lot of activity in America. When you will do those things, to you, at that moment is looking very real, such as if you see, you are jogging in America in your dream at night, all of a sudden if you wake up, then you will see, your body is lying in your bed, but you will experience, your heartbeat is faster, you might even sweat, like when someone does real jogging, but for you, you never went to USA, you always remained in your bed. Same way, when you are unconscious, in your life, you might do lots of action and you might do it very seriously, but in the end of your life, you will find, you are remaining empty, the way you were empty at the beginning of your life. Such as, you might go to school, get married, having children, did job/work whole life, hold a position in the society and so on, but before your death, you might find yourself is empty. You have not done anything. Why this is happening? This is happening, because of the absence of witness. When you do an action with witnessing, then you are present in that action. You are doing that action, as a response of yourself. When you do that action with witnessing, you are totally in it and in that action, because of your total presence in that action, that total act becomes fulfillment and a total act. But when witnessing is not there, then whatsoever you do, you react according to the situation happening around you. In the reaction, what is happening around you, make you doing that. You are just a victim. Also you may think, that you are doing it, but in reality, your surrounding is making you doing that. You are just like a slave. You lost mastery and ownership on yourself. Society from the very beginning plant the believe in you. By and by, by believing everything, you go back to sleep and move around doing everything like a zombie. Billions of people are living that way. Sufis say, everybody is born with a soul, but if your "kalf" is not open, then you are just like a dead person. Your soul is like a seed, who never became a tree and never blossom the flower and bring the fruit. Gurdjeff, a modern mystic, called that "Kundabaffa". His concept mainly came from Sufis of Turkey, Egypt and Western Russia. Sufis believe, if you do not open your kalf, then slowly, slowly the energy of your kalf will go off. It is like a bulb, slowly slowly electricity is going down and slowly slowly the light of the bulb ins going away. Although bulb is totally okay, but still its surrounding will become dark and the bulb will be useless. Same way, you will see in the world, people are moving, doing things, but in their face, in their self, no life, no vibration of happiness, no melody in their life. Buddha gave the technique of vipassana to become enlightened. Vipassana is a technique, by watching your breath, by and by you learn how to become a witness more longer period of times. In the beginning, you will become aware about your breathing and you can watch that as long, as you are witnessing it, but the moment you will loose your witnessing, you will forget about your breath. But by becoming aware, you forgot about your breath, then you get the realization, you lost the consciousness. Through this experience, you will be able to realize, how low is your consciousness. As low is your consciousness, that big is going to be your ego. Less is the consciousness, less is understanding and the behavior mechanically. Anger will be just in the corner. Seed of anger is unconsciousness and ego. But through witnessing ones action, then one becomes able to understand his thoughts and how thoughts are working. Witnessing is the secret key, to open the divine mystery. All the religions encourage everybody to learn witnessing and become conscious. When you will have the secret key of witnessing, you will be able to open the door of the mystery world, you will start living life. You will live the first time in your life.

Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.
